ATTEMPTED RAPE ; ACCESSORIES.—From the Court of First Instance of Bulacan. The defendants charged with being accessories to the crime of attempted rape; Felix de la Cruz acquitted by the court below; Juan Ramos convicted. Evidence held sufficient to support the judgment of conviction. (U. S. vs. De la Cruz, 9 Phil. Rep., 276, cited.) Judgment affirmed.
