Vasquez as President in the subject corporation. Records show that, as of October 11, 2019, 1 plaintiff has failed to comply with the aforesaid Resolution of the Court. WHEREFORE, considering plaintiff's failure to comply with this Court's Resolution dated August 22, 2019, which will establish the p ersonal identity and personal circumstances of the accused, Roland P. Vasquez, under Section 4 of Rule 110 of the Revised Rules of Criminal Procedure, and considering 1 Records Verification dated October 11, 2019, containing a report that as of even date, plaintiff failed to comply with the Resolution dated Au gust 22, 20 19.
