REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5355 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE BATAC GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the Batac General Hospital in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
