THE UNITED STATES, PLAINTIFF AND APPELLEE, VS. PEDRO GAMAIRAN AND VICENTE SAN PEDRO, DEFENDANTS AND APPELLANTS.

D E C I S I O N

Defendant were convicted of robbery en cuadrilla, and sentenced each to ten years of presidio mayor, with the accessories of article 57, Penal Code, to restore the stolen property and to pay an indemnity. The facts were clearly proven and for this reason, after a careful examination of the evidence, findings sustained and guilt established beyond reasonable doubt. Judgment affirmed.
