REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7436 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE AURORA MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALER, PROVINCE OF AURORA, FROM A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL INTO A ONE HUNDRED-BED CAPACITY PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE AURORA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Aurora Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Baler, Province of Aurora, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a twenty-five bed capacity district hospital into a one hundred-bed capacity provincial hospital, to be known as the Aurora Provincial Hospital.
SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
