RMO No. 86-99 — Amends RMO No. 31-98 by defining the new composition of the Committee on Disposal of Specialized Accountable Forms in the Regional Offices Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 86-99 issued December 3, 1999 amends RMO NO. 31-98 by defining the new composition of the Committee on Disposal of Specialized Accountable Forms in the Regional Offices. The Regional Committee will be composed of the following: a) Assistant Regional Director as Chairman; and b) Chiefs of Finance and Administrative Divisions, as members.
