Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. 86-00045 dated 5 January 1987, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of E.I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co., Inc. in Du Pont Philippines, Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividends remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
