REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4523 - AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE POSSESSION, CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP OF LOTS NUMBERED 2536-A, 3052, 3060-A, 3059-B, 2534-A, 3934, 3054-A, 3058-A, 3051-A, 3055, 3048-A, 3059-A, 3050-A, 2544, 2534-B, 3158-A, 3144-A, 3143-A, 3146-A, AND 3142-A OF THE CADASTRAL SURVEY OF CAPIZ, SITUATED IN BARRIO LOCTUGAN, CITY OF ROXAS, FROM THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TO THE CITY OF ROXAS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The possession, control and ownership of Lots Numbered 2536-A, 3052, 3060-A, 3059-B, 2534-A, 3934, 3058-A, 3051-A, 3055, 3048-A, 3059-A, 3050-A, 2544, 2534-B, 3054-A, 3158-A, 3144-A, 3143-A, 3146-A, and 3142-A of the cadastral survey of Capiz, situated in Barrio Loctugan, City of Roxas, which lots are owned and in the possession of the Republic of the Philippines and administered by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, are hereby transferred to the City of Roxas.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
