REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4394 - AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM 17, PAGE 213, PARAGRAPH 29, LEYTE, TITLE D OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-ONE HUNDRED ONE.

SECTION 1. Item 17, page 213, paragraph 29, Leyte, Title D of Republic Act Thirty-one hundred one is amended to read as follows:

"17. Barrio Mada-o Waterworks, Kawayan .... 6,000'

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
