On 26 June 2020, petitioner filed a "Motion for Extension of Time to File Verified Petition for Review" before the Court En Bane. The same was granted by the Court on 29 June 2020, giving petitioner until 22 July 2020 within which to file its Verified Petition for Review. On 9 September 2020, however, the Court's Judicial Records Division issued a Records Verification Report, dated 9 September 2020, stating that, as of the date of its issuance, petitioner had failed to file its Petition for Review. WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, there being no Petition for Review filed within the period specified in the 29 June 2020 Resolution ofthe Court, this case is considered CLOSED and TERMINATED.
