AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 1 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BUKIDNON, TO BE KNOWN AS "ARAW NG BUKIDNON", IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. September 1 of every year is hereby declared a special non-working holiday in the Province of Bukidnon, to be known as "Araw ng Bukidnon", in commemoration of its foundation anniversary.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect after fifteen (15) days following the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
