REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8017 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE TALISAY SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TALISAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, TO INOCENCIO V. FERRER MEMORIAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled: SECTION 1. The name of the Talisay School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Talisay, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Inocencio V. Ferrer Memorial School of Fisheries.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on May 25, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
