AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF A SCHOOL SITE FOR THE TANAUAN SCHOOL OF FISHERIES AND FOR THE IMPROVEMENT THEREOF.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The sum of seventy thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the acquisition of a school site for the Tanauan School of Fisheries in Ambulong, Tanauan, Province of Batangas, established under Republic Act Numbered Fifteen hundred fifty-nine, and for the improvement thereof.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
