SUBJECT Delegation of Signatory for Certification of Erasure/Alteration on Appointment Form (CS Form No. 3, Series of 2017)
TO * All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned
to CSC Resolution No. 1701009 (June 16, 2017), promulgated on July 3, 2018 on Rule II Documents are Required, letter (a) Erasures or Alterations on Appointments. In the said policy: it states that: Resolution No. 18000692, Subject: 2017 Omnibus Rules on Appointments and Other Requirements for Regular Appointments, Section 5 Specific Cases Where Additional Human Resource Actions (Revised July 2018) Re: Amendments and Additional Provisions This is in line with the implementation of the Civil Service Commission (CSC)
"The appointing officer/authority may delegale the signing of the furnished the CSC FO concerned should be supported by an Office Order, a copy of which should be Certification of erasure/s to any authorized official. The delegation
to the Deputy Commissioner of Resource Management Group (DCIR-RMG). In this regard, the authority to sign the said certificate of erasure is hereby delegated
repealed or amended accordingly. All other issuances or portions thereof not consistent with this Order are hereby
This Order shall take effect immediately
