SUBJECT DESIGNATION OF SIGNING AUTHORITY FOR THE OFFICE OF

THE SENIOR MINISTER

DATE 17 April 2023 /26 Ramadan 1444

In the exigency of service and in view of your appointment as Senior Minister, Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, you are hereby designated the following authorities, to wit:

1 Approval and signatory of:

1.3 Policy determining communications, internal and external; 1.1 Application for Retirement; 1.2 Leave applications regardless of rank; 1.4 Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding: 1.5 Travel authority (both official and personal, local or foreign) within the

1.6 Travel Orders for local travel and attendance in local seminars, workshops, and other training programs. prescribed salary grade; and

2 Recommend approval and clearance of OcM officials and employees from

money, property, and other accountabilities;

3. Certify accountable forms and documents;

4 Signatory of the following accountable forms/documents:

4.1 Fund Transfers; 4.2 CM Bank Deposits and DBM Requests;

4.4 Disbursement of Special Projects and Funds 4.3 Transfer Allotments;

This designation does not carry with it additional remuneration and effectively supersedes previous issuances contrary to or inconsistent herewith.

This Order shall take effect immediately and shall be valid until revoked by the undersigned or other competent authority.
