Petition for mandamus, to annul the last order of March 16, 1951 and to compel respondent Judge to admit and give due course to petitioner's third amended answer and third party complaint and to direct the respondents Maulion spouses be brought in as third party defendants.

Petition for mandamus granted, order of March 16, 1951 is set aside and respondent Judge directed to admit third amended answer and third party complaint and to bring in as third party defendant the Maulion spouses. No pronouncement as to costs.
