TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS OF MANDAUE CITY
SUBJECT: SPORTSFEST ON 29-31 MAY 2019 IN MANDAUE CITY
The First and Second Level Courts of Mandaue City will hold the 2019 Mandaue City Hall of Justice Sportsfest on 29 to 31 May 2019 at the Mandaue City Hall of Justice.
The participants in the sportsfest are hereby authorized to attend the activities on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are duly notified of any cancelled hearing, and a skeletal force remains in every branch/office to attend to official business or transactions.
Hon. Mercedita G. Dadole-Ygnacio, Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court, Mandaue City, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, on the conduct of the activities with the complete list of all judges and court personnel who participated within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
