SUBJECT : Further Revision of Consolidated Statement of Condition (CSOC) Report Format Under BSP Circular No. 29 dated January 23, 1994
Further to the revisions on the CSOC report format under BSP Circular No. 29 dated January 23, 1994, the Main Report (Page 6 and 8), Schedules 2, 5b, 5c and 11 of the CSOC are hereby revised as follows:
1) Main Report (Filename: DCB2A00) —
a) Page 6 FCDU ACCOUNTS In US$ and Peso Equivalent columns of Record No. 210 — Due to Head Office/Branches/Agencies Abroad are now unblocked.
b) Page 8 should include the following records under item 53d, f and g:
Item 53. UNUSED COMMERCIAL LETTERS OF CREDIT
d. Deferred Letters of Credit
1) Portion expected to be covered by negotiations &/or drawings during the current year — Record No. 350
f. Stand-by Letters of Credit — Foreign
1) Portion expected to be covered by negotiations &/or drawings during the current year — Record No. 354
g. Stand-by Letters of Credit — Domestic
1) Portion expected to be covered by negotiations &/or drawings during the current year — Record No. 357
2) Schedule 2 (Filename: DCB2A02) should include the following:
a) Data on Regular-Foreign Accounts and Foreign Offices in US$ and Peso Equivalent of:
Interbank Loans, classification as to type of borrowers and as to term — Record Nos. 010, 030 to 032, 039 to 041, 049, 051 to 053;
Loans and Other Accommodations (Other than Interbank Loans), classification as to term and as to economic activity — Record Nos. 060, 151 to 153, 310, 320, 330, 340, 350, 360, 370, 380, 390;
b) Data on outstanding balance, current, past due, items in litigation, booked valuation reserves of DOSRI and NON-DOSRI secured and unsecured loans — Record Nos. 90 to 92, 100 to 102.
3) Schedule 5b (Filename: DCB2A05B)
Amounts should be in US Dollars instead of Pesos.
4) Schedule 5c (Filename: DCB2A05C)
An additional fieldname "NUM7" for number of depositors shall be provided for Record No. 150. Data in "NUM7" corresponds to the number of depositors found below the Total line in Schedule 5C.
5) Schedule 11 (Filename: DCB2A11)
An additional fieldname "PERCENT" for ratios with 3 decimal places shall be provided for Record Nos. 880 and 890. Further, the ceiling on domestic stand-by letters of credit should be 25% instead of 15% of networth/unimpaired capital and surplus.
The corresponding revised forms and revised data file structure for the above are attached herewith. The above revisions shall be incorporated effective with your diskette reports for the month ending July, 1995.
