CIRCULAR NO. 575 Series of 2007
Subject: Foreign Currency Cover Requirements for Banks Authorized to Operate a Foreign Currency Deposit Unit (FCDU)
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 766 dated 05 July 2007, Item 1d, Section 73 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
“d. Investments in readily marketable foreign currency-denominated debt instruments.”
This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
