TO : DESIGNATED JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS OF REGION 7

SUBJECT: "DRUG ABUSE COLLOQUIM" ON MARCH 24-25, 1994 AT THE DECS - ECOTECH CENTER, SUDLON, LAHUG, QUEZON CITY

The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), in coordination with this court, the Department of Justice, and with the financial assistance of the Commission of the European Communities (EC), will be conducting a two-day "Drug Abuse Colloquim" on March 24-25, at the DECS - ECOTECH Center, Sudion, Lahug, Cebu City.

The following Regional Trial Court Judges are hereby authorized to attend the program on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that the Colloquim will not conflict with their trial calendars, and if postponements are made, adjustments may be made in the parties calendars:

1. Hon. Generoso A. Juaban Br. 7 , Cebu City

2. Hon. Leonardo B. Cañares 10, -do-

3. Hon. Portia Aliño Hormachuelos 12, -do--

4. Hon. Godardo A, Jacinto 16, -do-

6. Hon. Priscilla S. Agana 24, -do-

8. Hon. Benito C. Se, Jr. Br. 45, Manila

Conformably with the letter of Atty. Manuel M. Supnet, CESO II, Executive Director and Board Member of the DDB, transportation and accommodation expenses in this two-day activity shall be borne by the Project.

A report on the attendance of judges should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from date of the program.
