Katherine Soto appeared for petitioner while Atty. Felix Paul R. Velasco III, appeared for respondent as the handling counsel, Atty. Christopher Sandico, has already resigned from the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Petitioner's counsel manifested that in view of the recent change of management, petitioner was no longer interested to pursue the instant case, and there being no objection from respondent's counsel, the motion was GRANTED.
