REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9685 - AN ACT RENAMING THE KALIBO - NEW WASHINGTON ROAD IN THE PROVINCE OF AKLAN AS JAIME CARDINAL SIN AVENUE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Kalibo - New Washington Road in the Province of Aklan shall hereinafter be known as Jaime Cardinal Sin Avenue.

SEC. 2. The Department of Public Works and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
