Authority to File Criminal Charge against AMA Autotechnic Corporation, John Anthony F. Ambata and Alexander M. Ambata ; 2. Investigation Data Form; 3. Joint-Complaint Affidavit; and, 4. Subpoena to accused John Anthony F. Ambata and Alexander M. Ambata. However, per Records Verification dated 02 July 2020, the plaintiff failed to submit the above-enumerated documents in accordance with the Court's order.
