Bureau of Internal Revenue has already granted thaclaim for tex

credit involved herein, vithsye issuance of a Tax Credit Nemo

No.5050 1a the amount of P1.249.586.00 favor of petitfoner

and there being no objection on the part of respondent, the sajd

motion is hereby GRANTED.

Accordingly, let the petition for review be considered

withdran and this case deemed closed and terainated
