REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7596 - ISANG BATAS NA NAGDEDEKLARA SA IKA-2 NG SETYEMBRE BILANG ARAW NG NUEBA ESIHA AT TANGING WALANG GAWAING ARAW O SPECIAL NONWORKING HOLIDAY SA LALAWIGAN NG NUEBA ESIHA

Dapat pagtibayin ng Senado at ng Kapulungan ng mga Kinatawan ng Pilipinas na ngayon ay nagpupulong:

SEKSYON 1. Ang ika-2 ng Setyembre ng bawat taon ay sa pamamagitan dito idinedeklara bilang Araw ng Nueba Esiha at isang tanging walang pasok na araw sa lalawigan ng Nueba Esiha.

SEK. 2. Ang Batas na ito ay magkakabisa labinlimang (15) araw pagkatapos na malathala ito sa isang pambansang pahayagan.
