ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC. NCJR CHAPTER

SUBJECT:

1ST NATIONAL CAPITAL JUDICIAL REGION (NCJR) CONGRESS ON NOVEMBER 25 TO 26, 2010 AT THE SAN ANDRES SPORTS COMPLEX, MANILA

The officers and members of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., National Capital Judicial Region (NCJR) Chapter will hold its first NCJR Congress on November 25 and 26, 2010 at the San Andres Sports Complex, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said event on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Estrella F. Bober, Vice-President for NJCJR of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report regarding the assembly held within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the said event.
