SUBJECT Supplemental Issuance on RMC 16-2015 re: Alternative Modes of Obtaining Offline eBIRForms Package and Other Concerns

Hereunder are the procedures to download and install the latest eBIRForms Offline Package: 1. Uninstall Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.07 or below. Go to Start>All

Programs>eBIRForms Folder> Click Uninstall". 2 Download the Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.08 from any of the above link. 3. Install Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.08. 4. Open the eBIRForms icon to use the Offline eBIRForms Package.

can still be viewed and be used in Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.08. Those previously encoded Annual ITRs using Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.07

version 4.7.07 it can be submitted using Offline eBIRForms Package version 4.7.08. It is to be noted that if "Final Copy" was not yet executed in Offline eBIRForms Package

If "Final Copy" was already executed OR there is NO EMAIL notification received after two (2) hours from eFiling OR a message appeared that your ITR is not successfully eFiled, then follow process in Annex D of RMC No. 14-2015.
