ORIGINAL ACTION IN THE SUPREME COURT FOB THE RECOVERY OF CHURCH PROPERTY.—This case is similar to the Roman Catholic Church vs. Municipalities of Tarlac, etc., (9 Phil. Rep., 450), which is followed. Possession awarded to plaintiffs.
