REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7189 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BUKIDNON PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE BUKIDNON PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL FROM ONE HUNDRED (100) TO ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (150) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Bukidnon Provincial Hospital is hereby increased from one hundred (100) to one hundred fifty (150) beds.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
