REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3559 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A POST OFFICE BUILDING IN THE CITY OF CAGAYAN DE ORO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds of the National Treasury, for the construction of a post office building in the City of Cagayan de Oro.

SEC. 2. The building shall be constructed in accordance with the specifications of the Bureau of Posts, duly approved by the Department of Public Works and Communications: Provided , That this building shall house the post office and other allied offices for the City of Cagayan de Oro.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
