In view thereof, the Pre-Trial Conference was reset to July 6, 2012, at 9:00 a.m . and petitioner was granted five (5) days from June 22, 2012, within which to file the Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review. On June 27, 2012, petitioner's counsel filed the proposed Motion to Withdraw the instant Petition for Review upon petitioner's advice. There being no objection interposed by respondent made in open court, the instant Petition for Review is WITHDRAWN. WHEREFORE, this case is now deemed CLOSED and TERMINATED.
