REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2255 - AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE DANAO NATIONAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF DANAO, PROVINCE OF CEBU, TO ACCEPT DONATIONS IN ANY FORM, WHETHER IN CASH, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT OR MEDICINES, FROM THE DURANO AND COMPANY, INC., AND THE UNIVERSAL CEMENT COMPANY, INC.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Danao National Hospital in the Municipality of Danao, Province of Cebu, is hereby authorized to accept donations in any form, whether in cash, materials, equipment or medicines, from the Durano and Company, Inc., and the Universal Cement Company, Inc., for the operation and maintenance of said hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
