REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2902 - AN ACT REAPPROPRIATING CERTAIN SUMS UNDER REPUBLIC ACTS NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE AND NINETEEN HUNDRED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sums appropriated under item 6 ( a ), page 526 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, to wit:

"6. Carcar—

( a ) Cayam Primary School Building ........................P4, 000.00;"

and item 11, page 448 of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:

"1. Cayam Primary School Building, Car—

car ...............................P 3, 000.00,"

totalling in the amount of seven thousand pesos are here by re-appropriated for the construction of a two-room barrio school building, Noel type, in Bolinawan, Carcar.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
