TO : ALL EXECUTIVE JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURTS OF THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS AND MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS.

SUBJECT : DUTY ON ELECTION DAY, MAY 14, 2001

In connection with the Senatorial, Congressional and Local Elections on Mayl4, 2001, you are hereby DIRECTED to report to your respective courts on this day to act on all election matters within your jurisdiction and to resolve the same with utmost caution and dispatch.

In Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Circuit Trial courts without presiding judges, the same shall be referred by the Clerks of Courts to the presiding judge of the pairing court pursuant to the pairing system provided under Administrative Order No. 19^97, dated February 14, 1997.
