REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3546 - AN ACT PROVIDING FOR TWO ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Surigao del Sur, is further amended to read as follows:

"Surigao del Sur, two assistant provincial fiscals."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
