REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2837 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF LUNOTAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Lunotan, Hinandigan, Kiboco and Mabuhay in the Municipality of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Lunotan.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
