Valeroso, Regional Director, for the respondent, as shown in Annex "A". The "Manifestation and Motion to Cancel Hearing" filed by petitioner' s counsel on May 26, 2006, is hereby NOTED and GRANTED. WHEREFORE, the hearing set on June 1, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. is hereby CANCELLED. The Petition for Review filed on February 17, 2004 is hereby ordered WITHDRAWN.
