REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6308 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE FIRST REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the First Representative District of Albay is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district to be known as the First Highway Engineering District of the Province of Albay. It shall have one highway district engineer who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
