REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1338 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS AS ADDITIONAL FUND TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TEN HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE TO NINETEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sum of four hundred thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as additional fund to carry out the purposes of Republic Act Numbered Ten hundred eighty-two for the fiscal year nineteen hundred fifty-five to nineteen hundred fifty-six.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
