MEMORANDUM NO. M-2009-008
To: All Concerned Banks
Subject: Securities Trading Transactions
As part of BSP's rationalization of the financial reporting system, the daily report on banks' securities trading shall no longer be required to be submitted to the BSP, without prejudice to reportorial requirements under central reporting system(s) and/or trading market and/or other systems.
BSP Memorandum No. M-2006-005 dated 4 July 2006 is hereby repealed. This memorandum shall take effect immediately.
