REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5770 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A BREEDING STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF JORDAN, SUB-PROVINCE OP GUIMARAS, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Municipality of Jordan, Sub-province of Guimaras, Province of Iloilo, to be known as the Guimaras Breeding Station.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of the said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred seventy. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for the purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
