REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1040 - AN ACT TO CONVERT THE SITIO OF JIPIT, IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ANTONIO, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, INTO A BARRIO TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARRIO OF STO. NIÑO.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Jipit in the barrio of San Antonio, municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, is converted into a barrio to be known as the barrio of Sto. Nino.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
