SUBJECT

: NATIONAL BOARD OF OFFICERS MEETING ON NOVEMBER 30 & DECEMBER 1, 2007 AT LUCENA CITY

The officers of Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines, Inc. {COSTRAPHIL) will hold a National Board of Officers Meeting on November 30 and December 1, 2007 at the Regional Trial Court of Lucena City in preparation to their 5th COSTRAPHIL National Convention & Seminar.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Dena Corazon P. Almazar, President of the Association shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator, a report within ten (10) days from the date of the meeting.
