TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES IN THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN CENTRAL LUZON, PANGASINAN, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION, AND WESTERN MINDANAO

SUBJECT : DIALOGUES ON THE FIRST DRAFT OF THE NEW RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE

The Core Committee for the National Conference for the Revision of the Rules of Civil Procedure has come up with the first draft of the new rules. In order to solicit comments from the different stakeholders, including trial court judges, Justice Roberto A. Abad, the Conference Chairman, will be holding several dialogues on the subject.

In connection therewith, the concerned first and second level court judges are hereby authorized to attend the following scheduled dialogues, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:

20 May 2013 (1:00 p.m.) Heroes Hall, San Fernando, Pampanga Judges in the first and second level courts in Central Luzon and Pangasinan IBP Central Luzon

23 May 2013 (2:00 p.m.) Bulwagang Amoranto, Quezon City Hall of Justice, Quezon City Judges in the first and second level courts of the National Capital Region IBP Greater Manila Area

29 May 2013 (1:00 p.m) Elena Tower Inn, Iligan City Judges in the first and second level courts of Western Mindanao IBP Western Mindanao

Ms. Belinda G. Go, National President of the Association , shall submit a report on the conduct of the activities (with the complete list of all court personnel who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
