RMO No. 35-99 — Institutionalizes the raffle of sales invoices and receipts under the "Humingi ng Resibo, Milyun-milyong Panalo" raffle promo Digest

REVENUE MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 35-99 issued April 27, 1999 institutionalizes the raffle of sales invoices and receipts now dubbed as "Humingi ng Resibo, Milyun-Milyong Panalo". Prizes will be given not only to the consumers, but also to the establishments which issued the winning receipts and invoices. At the Regional and National Levels, there will be two (2) draws each: the Anniversary Draw and the Millennium Draw. Sales invoices and receipts issued starting April 15, 1999 to July 25, 1999 will qualify for the Anniversary Draw. Receipts and invoices issued from August 1, 1999 to December 31, 1999 will qualify for the Millennium Draw.
