REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4269 - AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A BREEDING STATION IN THE BARRIO OF MAUJO, MUNICIPALITY OF MALITBOG, PROVINCE OF SOUTHERN LEYTE, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of the Bureau of Animal Industry, a breeding station in the Barrio of Maujo, Municipality of Malitbog, Province of Southern Leyte, to be known as Malitbog Breeding Station.

SEC. 2. The Secretary of Agriculture .and Natural Resources shall promulgate rules and regulations not inconsistent with law to carry into effect the aims and purposes of this Act.

SEC. 3. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, maintenance and operation of said breeding station during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sums as may be necessary for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
