Subject: Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. (Manila Branch) - Conversion to a Universal Bank
The Monetary Board in its Resolution No. 332 dated 26 February 2009 approved the upgrading of the Mizuho Corporate Bank Ltd. - Manila Branch to a Universal Bank. The Bank started its operations as a universal bank on 26 March 2009.
