REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4251 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL AT TALLANG IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGGAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, TO BE KNOWN AS BAGGAO AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, an agricultural high school at Tallang, Municipality of Baggao, Province of Cagayan to be known as Baggao Agricultural High School.

SEC. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Thereafter, the necessary sum for the operation and maintenance of said high school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
