REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5385 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Second Representative District of the Province of Bulacan is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering district. The office of the highway district engineer shall be in the Municipality of Santa Maria.
The highway district engineer for said highway engineering district shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws.
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
