ALL COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF THE COURT LEGAL RESEARCHERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (CLERAP)

SUBJECT THIRD NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR OF THE CLERAP

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold its third National Convention and Seminar from 28 to 30 October 1999 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Grand Men Seng Hotel, Davao City. All interested members of the said Association can attend this National Convention and

Seminar and such attendance shall be on official time. Participants may avail themselves of financial assistance, if any, offered by the local governments. It is understood that the CLERAP shall comply with the provisions of (a) Section 12 of Republic Act No. 8557 establishing the Philippine Judicial Academy; and (b) PHILJA Memorandum Circular No. 1-99 on "Rules and Requirements pertaining to Inclusion of PHILJA Educational Programs in all Conventions/Conferences of Judges and Court Personnel."

The President of the CLERAP shall submit to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the closing of the Third National Convention and Seminar (1) a complete report on the activities undertaken during the same; and (2) copies of the registration and daily attendance sheets signed by the members actually present
